Q: How long does it take to get in for an appointment?

A: If it is urgent, Kathleen can see you that day. If it is a routine appointment, you can be seen within the week.

Q: What are the office hours?

A: Monday and Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm and Tuesday and Thursday 1 to 5 pm.

Q: Do you accept my insurance?

A: We are credentialed with, and therefore able to accept, most major health insurance carriers. We also offer a sliding scale for cash payment.

Q: Do I need to make a copay at my appointment?

A: Yes, you are required to make the copay designated by your insurance company at the time of the visit.

Q: What if I need a prescription refilled?

A: You may call us to refill the prescription, or have your pharmacist fax a request for refill to us at 541-479-8859.

Q: What if I have a problem or question after hours or on weekends?

A: Kathleen shares after hours and weekend call with a group of practitioners who will take calls for her patients.

Q: What if I need to be seen at home?

A: Kathleen will make house calls if necessary. House call fees may not be covered by insurance.
